Context

Museums talk to people who already visit. artlust talks to everyone else, and proves the research-to-story method at scale with my own name on it.

My Role

Research, scripts, edits, titles, posting, analytics, and the automation behind all of it.

Watch

The Smithsonian Museums Explained. One of about 47 uploads a week.

How It Grew

  1. Volume with a system. About 47 uploads a week on a planner and executor pipeline.
  2. Test the title, not the topic. Explainer titles across 1,120 videos: +74% views, twice the subscribers.
  3. Automate the repetition. 33 recurring jobs cut to 12.
  4. Go long where it pays. Researched essays on Substack, 82% paid retention.

Why It Works

  • The frame is the argument people are already in. The art is the evidence.
  • Formats hold ideologically different audiences in one comment section.
  • Quoted in The New York Times, People, and Women’s Wear Daily.
