The Agent Fleet

Seventeen standing AI agents that run a studio’s operations. I write the briefs and hold the standard. The team thinks; the fleet does the rest.

Context

A small team shipping ten to fifteen client deliverables a month by hand. Repetitive in shape, specific in content: exactly what a well-briefed agent can carry.

My Role

Every runbook, every gate, and final approval. Anything that touches a live store waits for my word in Slack.

What Runs

  1. Preview builder. A Slack request becomes a brand-styled landing page within the hour.
  2. Offboarding. A closed campaign becomes a report, a press release, and a case study.
  3. Daily QA. Fourteen live campaigns checked every morning.
  4. SEO pipeline. Twice-weekly posts, 50 live, plus a weekly search tracker.

Why It Works

  • Agents are briefed like junior staff: a checklist, a definition of done, someone to ask.
  • Every run leaves a PASS, WARN, or BLOCKED log.
  • Approval stays human. The speed came from removing the waiting, not the judgment.
