Style Quiz Game Engine
A product quiz you play with your hands: touch the material, pack the bag, roll to a colour, swipe the weekend. One engine, one file per brand.
Play it: The Sak, Find Your Los Feliz →

Context
Most product quizzes are forms with pictures. The Sak has 41 Los Feliz bags in leather, suede, and crochet, and needed something closer to picking one up.
My Role
The four moves, the reveal, the copy system, and the engine: a new brand is a JSON file and a build command.
The Four Moves
- Touch the material. Leather, suede, or crochet tiles that react to touch.
- Pack the bag. Drag in eight everyday items. The volume picks the bag, and the photo morphs.
- Roll to a colour. Real colourways for that bag, live photo swap.
- Swipe the weekend. Three cards set a persona and the reveal copy.
Results
- First three weeks, October 2025: 127,977 impressions, 21,876 starts, 7,540 completions, 4,545 opt-ins.
- The v2 reveal lifted the opt-in rate from 2.98% to 4.16% in eleven days.
- Leads land in Klaviyo and Postscript, and the fit guidance was built to cut size-related returns.
Why It Works
- Every answer is a gesture, not a form field.
- The reveal is a real product with a shop link, not a category.
- The second brand costs a scaffold command, not a design cycle.
